Criteria for selection of Members of the organization

The members of the Global Talent Connection Association are outstanding USA specialists from various industries: business, IT, production, science and the development of new technologies. The main condition for obtaining membership in the organization is the availability of an innovative solution to the actual problem of our time from the technology, science, business, IT industries. To enter the GTCA, the contestant must present his idea and a short plan for implementing the solution. After that, the representatives of the selection committee decide on the acceptance of the contestant as a member of the organization. Admission to the ranks of the Global Talent Connection Association is carried out free of charge for outstanding achievements in one of the following industries: IT, business, science, manufacturing, technology. Such merits may be the development and / or implementation of an innovative project, solution or product that contributed to the development of a particular economic sphere.

Member Requirements:

1. Availability of an innovative solution and its implementation plan in the fields of IT, business, science, production, technology.
2. The presence of successful cases of implementing innovative solutions or strategies.
3. Be recognized as a specialist in your field, have the appropriate certification or a document that confirms high qualifications.
4. Have a Bachelor's degree or higher.
5. Development of products, solutions or projects that have made a significant contribution to a particular industry of the economy.
6. Have a referral who can support your contribution.
7. Presence of recommendations.
8. The presence of scientific publications.

The selection of members of the organization is carried out according to the following procedure:

1. submitting a contestant's application for membership in the organization on the site: link to the site
2. consideration of the application by representatives of the commission of the organization, which includes: Zeynal Kerimzadeh - Founder of EPoint, Inc. - 500 Global Baked Company
3. initial verification of the project for the availability of an innovative solution and implementation plan
4. presentation of the project by the contestant before the commission organization
5. making a decision on the membership of this contestant in the association.

Admission to the ranks of the Global Talent Connection Association is based on the presence of an outstanding decision of a potential member of the organization, as well as the possession of talent in one of the listed areas of activity.

Criteria for selection of Entrepreneurs Members of the organization:

In addition to the criteria for selecting GTCA members, the association puts forward certain rules and requirements for Entrepreneurs who will be interested in attracting a talented specialist to work in their business. Thus, we protect the rights of both Experts and Entrepreneurs, providing mutually beneficial conditions and guaranteeing safe cooperation.

Requirements for Entrepreneurs:

1. A guarantee of cooperation for a GTCA Member for at least six months / a year, backed by a contract.
2. Management of a company with a minimum turnover of 1 million dollars a year.
3. The presence of a significant project for the industry, in which they want to involve a member of the association.

Responsibilities of GTCA members:

All members, both Experts and Entrepreneurs, promise to act to make a breakthrough in an industry or develop a particular area of the economy.
